Great place for our family to spend a night. Close to subway. Very helpful staff. A bit cramped but worked well.

We enjoyed our stay here with a family of six. Very spacious room was over 750 sq ft with beds for everyone. The kids really liked the roomy bunk beds that gave them space to store their own things. Our room had a washer/dryer combo which was convenient but wished it had clear instructions printed on the machine. There is a QR code but very little instructions you could look up online. Very short walk to subway stations. Close by restaurants and shops to try out. There is a repacking area with large table and a scale for you to check your luggage.

Great hotel especially if you have a bigger family and need space. It was very clean, the staff was helpful and kind and the location is a short ride away from everything.

We had a wonderful stay at One Hundred stay hotel in Tokyo with our family of 4. The hotel is close to two train stations and walking distance to a lot of local food spots. The downtown Shinjuku area is 10 minute walk. There is a supermarket next to the hotel where we purchased breakfast items and snacks for our kids.
Our room was clean and tidy. It had a washer/dryer combo which was very convenient.
The staff was kind and friendly. They also helped us to book taxis.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Thank you to the kind and caring staff!

ur family of four. We had the room with a private bedroom with two twin beds and then two bunk twin beds. Amazing views of the city. Very clean and all the kitchen tools we needed. Washer/dryer unit was a wonderful must have, but it did have a strange chemical smell. They provided the detergent, water, daily clean towels and had free toothbrush, hair bands, hair brush, face wash and oil and some face wash rags for free in the lobby. I made a local call which cost 9 yen. Location was good. About 20 minute walk to Shibuya. We used the Okubo train station for everywhere we went, which was a 4 minute walk. Grocery store right next to hotel. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Hotel also provided umbrellas which was wonderful! Would definitely come back.

Since we were two family of four, it was going to be difficult quite expensive for us to get accommodations with four beds. We found this place and it was perfect for our needs

Great location and the room is set up great for a family of 4.
Beds are rock hard which we have found to be the standard in Japan and the lighting is terrible. We stayed in a suite with a loft and a motion activated light made it so that a light would come on and wake everyone in the loft if someone used the restroom at night so we rigged a coverup for the sensor. The view cannot be beat. In room laundry was great too!

Perfect base for Tokyo adventuring. We’re a family of 4 with 2 teenage kids, and it felt roomy enough. There was a mini mart right outside, staff were very helpful (even arranging luggage forwarding for a very reasonable price), 2 stations (for both JR and local rail) a short walk away. The only thing that would make it better is a couch in the room; but it has literally everything else. And we just sat on the dining chairs instead. Recommend to all. Even views to Mount Fuji on a clear day
