Great place for our family to spend a night. Close to subway. Very helpful staff. A bit cramped but worked well.

This was a wonderful home base for our family of four’s trip to Tokyo. The location is perfect, very close to two train stations and in a walkable spot with lots of nearby restaurants, but the hotel itself is quiet and a restful break from all the action. The hotel staff was helpful and accommodating. The room was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. I highly recommend it!

We enjoyed our stay here with a family of six. Very spacious room was over 750 sq ft with beds for everyone. The kids really liked the roomy bunk beds that gave them space to store their own things. Our room had a washer/dryer combo which was convenient but wished it had clear instructions printed on the machine. There is a QR code but very little instructions you could look up online. Very short walk to subway stations. Close by restaurants and shops to try out. There is a repacking area with large table and a scale for you to check your luggage.

The room was big with an apartment feel to it. It had everything for a family or for staying an extended period of time, but the building is outdated and we expected something better for the price.

Good home base for our family to explore Tokyo. 3m walk from Okubo station or 5m bus to Shinjuku right in front of the hotel. Aeon supermarket downstair. Clean spacious room with kitchen and all-in-one washer & dryer.

The room I booked is the more spacious option, which I really appreciate the size given the location of this hotel. However, the air-conditioning is not really functioning well and makes the room really hot and stuffy. I'm glad the housekeeping team provided an electric fan during our stay, but that's not what I expected for a decent hotel in Tokyo. Furthermore, the fridge in my room is also not functioning, which makes it even worse that all the drinks can only be kept at room temperature. Another inconvenient aspect is that the elevators are programmed to activate only using your keycard and can only go to your floor. If you were to meet with your family who stays on a different floor, you would have to meet them in the lobby before they could take you to their room using a different keycard to activate the elevator. The reception is very straight about only giving out keys according to your number of people stayed in the hotel. I was shocked at the time that my husband left his key in the room while we needed to go to a different location for the afternoon, I went to the front desk and asked for an additional key. The front desk reception declined my request even after I explained the circumstances and asked me to return to my room to get the key ourselves. This is one of the most shocking and unfriendly services I have encountered in a hotel in Japan, and it does give me a very negative impression about the services of the hotel unfortunately.

We enjoyed the view from our room. There was also a lot of space (we opted for 6 beds with a family of 5). I was thankful to have a washer/dryer in our room to save luggage space. The Shinjuku location was a 5 minute walk to the train station which was very convenient.

Love, love, love this hotel. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Everyone speaks English and always has a smile on their face. Located in Okubo, which is the Korea- town of Tokyo. It is very close to Shinjuku but far enough away for some peace and quiet. One stop for the yellow line at Okubo station, so easy connection. Or walk there in 15 minutes. My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. Amenities are available, free umbrella to use for the day, help for luggage forwarding. Everything you need for a nice Tokyo stay. Highly recommended.

Great hotel especially if you have a bigger family and need space. It was very clean, the staff was helpful and kind and the location is a short ride away from everything.
