Unique location and good sized room which worked well for our family of 3. We like the Mita Koen area from prior trips and enjoyed our last few days there at a slower pace before going home.

We stayed the same hotel 15 years ago and we remembered it was very nice. This time, we also find it was very comfortable to stay with family. We enjoyed Shiba park and Tokyo tower which are located just beside the hotel. It is also good location to meet friends and have nice dinner. The restaurant in the hotel was also very nice. It would be even more perfect if there is gym....

Great location when visiting Tokyo and a good size hotel with good size rooms. The entrance to the hotel was plush and presentable however the rooms looked dated and the bathroom was disappointing and not as clean as I would expect in such a hotel. Buffett breakfast was first rate, as were the staff. Also the size of rooms was very good for a family.
