Standard Room is very small for a family of three but it’s okay. hotel is conveniently located near Shimbashi station. Great front desk staff! And nice bathtub!

The room is very small but we were able to fit three people (1 adult and 2 kids in). The bathroom is decent sized. It is an area with so many dining options and about 3 minutes walk from subway station and airport train ( we used Keisei Skyaccess line which you don’t need to change train). Very convenient.

Lovely hotel. We booked a room for 3 people. 2 adults and 1 10 yr old. When we got to our room, we had 1 queen bed. Room was very tight. No space for a cot. We had to squeeze 3 people onto the queen bed. Finally we ended getting blankets and made a bed on the floor for our child. Room was a bit hot, especially with 3 people in the room, as air conditioner would not go on high.

It's unbelievable how helpful the staff is at this hotel! The room was immaculate on check-in. They provided fresh towels (as well as more bottled water and a toothbrush) every night even if my Do Not Clean sign was up. They have essential amenities at the lobby where guests are trusted to take what they need when they need it. My room was very comfortable and quiet. If this is a "businessman's hotel," I am pleasantly surprised at what that means overseas. I think my family will be returning to it instead of an overpriced fancy hotel.
