This is the second time we’ve stayed here. Both times as a family of 5 staying in 1 room.
We didn’t spend much time in the room or hotel other than to sleep but it was spacious and well appointed.
The hotel is very close to 4 stations and only a short walk to Tokyo Dome and with plenty of eating places close by.

Very comfortable and clean. The family room with 3 beds was just right for our first visit to Japan. The room was clean and well equipped with the usual amenities along with a few extras. I was told rooms in Japan are typically small, but they know how to use each space efficiently. For a week we never felt confined or restricted but very relaxed and comfortable. The laundry room facilities was a nice surprise. It was a very nice lounging area to do work or relax while waiting for your clothes or wait in your room because the washing/drying machine has a locking feature to keep your clothes secure. Overall, a very excellent hotel with shops, restaurants, and nearby transportation hubs to get around Tokyo or beyond.

Typical Japanese hotel. Small room which took a bit of time to adjust to with our luggage.
Excellent service.
Only used the breakfast once as a bit expensive and limited in offerings.
Area located in was great for access and small restaurants, family stores etc.

The hotel was well located and was clean and spacious. There was some difficulty in getting the hotel to give us an extra bed, even though we booked and it was clear we had two children with us. They wanted to charge an extra 6000Yen a night even though the bed was already in the room, just not made up.
Breakfast was very good and varied, but the organisation left something to be desired as we were left waiting in huge queues. While you could check the queue from your room, A booking or reservation system would make more sense.

This place was amazing. The best hotel staff ever. We had a room with 3 beds. It was very spacious with a little table and 4 chairs. Room had a smart TV, so we were able to watch Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video or YouTube. The hotel It's in a pretty nice area as well. Short walking distance to a couple of train stations and there is a cool plaza right next door with a Starbucks, 7-Eleven and other restaurants. (Midtown BBQ was our favorite option. The hotel is also a short walk to the Imperial Place. We only ate at one of the hotel restaurants, but it had a buffet with plenty of options.
WARING:
Whatever the closing time is doesn't mean that they stop sitting at that time, it means it's time to pay your check and go. So don't plan to show up, looking for a table ten minutes before closing.
With that being said, I total recommend this hotel for your next family trip to Tokyo. I will definitely be back.

Great place! We got the family room. Enough space for a family of 4.
The neighborhood is safe! Not a party location for sure you will have to go to shinjuko

Clean, spacious, well-serviced room for family of four. Great Iidabashi location for easy public transportation access all over Tokyo. Friendly, accommodating staff, reasonable rates. Starbucks & 7-Eleven just steps away for convenient breakfasts.

The staff definitely provided 5 star service. They were very professional and polite. The hotel was decent but the room was much smaller than I had expected even after this being the 6th hotel I had stayed in Japan during my vacation. The bathroom vent was not very good so the ceiling had some colored spots. The restaurant in the basement was quite good, but there were some mosquitoes. There are only two washers and dryers. They seem kind of old. It took me 1.5 hours to dry all my clothes. Location wise, although quite centered for Tokyo so about 30 min subway ride to anywhere, it's not close to any particular area either which ended up being a negative in our view. Overall it's a good hotel close to a couple subway stations and right across from a familymart. Loved the service but not sure if I would stay here again.
