Lovely, modern and clean hotel located across the street (reachable by bridge) from KIX Airport and the train station. The staff were so attentive, courteous, welcoming and helpful at all times. I’d happily stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

We made this hotel booking as it’s advertising only 14 mins walk from the International airport, and we know our flight will be arriving late (close 12am midnight) so under 15 mins of walk distance is ideal because we want to rest in the hotel ASAP once we landed. But after we landed tonight, it took us over 35 mins walk from airport to the hotel, in the middle of the dark cold and windy night with a 6 yr old kid and 2 heavy luggages! We’ve spoke to the hotel supervisor as soon as we arrived in hotel but he didn’t seem to care of what we experienced at all. This is a huge misleading ad and terrible customer service have ruined the beginning of our valuable trip, with the price we paid to stay for this hotel, there were a lot of other better and cheaper hotel options we could of choose and go to by taking a taxi outside the airport! This is our first and will be last stay in this hotel, not recommended!

Nikko Hotel Kansai Airport has been our favorite for years. It is the best hotel in a convenient location. The property itself is great, but the staff are awesome! I always recommend this hotel to my friends and family. I love this hotel!

Not sure if the room upstairs and next door had children but it sounded like it. Running, yelling, jumping. No fault of the hotel...I blame the parents.

This was perhaps the worst hotel experience I’ve had, we paid $265 for rooms with single beds and were told that we couldn’t get food anywhere in the hotel, the buffet was full!!! How does that even happen, people go in, they eat and they leave, other people wait for them to leave and then they go in and eat, we were directed to the most ridiculously expensive and pretentious Chinese restaurant ($25 for 1 dim sim) yep you read that correctly, but we were turned away because we had our 9 year old son with us…. No kids allowed!!! Our hungry 9 year old son. We were tired and hungry, the idea of a airport transit hotel is to have somewhere to eat and sleep and clean out some of the travel weariness…. Not this one, we were directed to go back to the airport concourse to a McDonald’s!!!!! Seriously!!! Then there was the train noise all night. The most ridiculously bad experience ever. After sending the hotel 3 emails, I finally got a reply to say sorry we had a not so good experience but they hope we will come back again soon….. yea right, what a way to leave a last impression of a proud and otherwise effective culture and country. They should be ashamed that they leave guests to their country with that sort of lasting impression…. I will be contacting Expedia for a full refund. If there was less that 1 star it would be too good.
