I stay one night with my two kids and wife. We enjoy the room. I this hotel make me warm and pleasure. You can walk to the outlet within 10 mins. Or you can enjoy the sun set at the beach. The most important things is the transportation to the KIX airport is really convenient.

The hotel has a family mart on the second floor open 24 hours a day which makes it very convenient and it’s so close to outlets restaurants and shopping malls - the airport shuttle makes it very practical too -

It was really close to the stations, kix airport and shopping area. also family mart within a hotel. Hotel was outdated. I also didn’t like the smell of the air freshener blowing all over the lobby just me sick smelling it every time were out of our room.

Booked for my last day of family holiday in Osaka. The super single bed was just enough to accomodate Asian size couple. Those prefer bigger size would need to book for a bigger bed. The bath tub was big and the room was spacious. There was a 24 family mart downstairs. walking distance to Premium Outlet. You are required to reserve seats for free shuttle bus service to airport.

Use this as a 1N stayover before making our way into Osaka main area the next morning. The room is big and comfitable, my family had a great rest.

Perfect airport hotel with complimentary shuttle. Staff was outstanding. We just spend a night to continue our flight the following day. There is a family mart inside the hotel to grab a quick snack

Close to rinku town station and rinku premium outlet. Spacious room and family marr on 2nd floor. Breakfast was great too.

Excellent place. A lot of negative reviews about no room cleaning service, however, they ask clearly regarding whether you need such, if you don’t need so, they will only hang new towels in a bag at your door. Anyway, 5 mins from rinku town station , 10 mins from TRIAL tax free supermarket and 10 mins from Rinku outlets. 1. Clean rooms 2. Rather spacious, for Osaka 3. Nice staff 4. Free shuttle Recommended for families and those who like outlet shopping. Only drawback is the lack of a gym, else, would be perfect.
