Kansai Airport Washington Hotel

It was really close to the stations, kix airport and shopping area. also family mart within a hotel. Hotel was outdated. I also didn’t like the smell of the air freshener blowing all over the lobby just me sick smelling it every time were out of our room.

Great stay with family

Booked for my last day of family holiday in Osaka. The super single bed was just enough to accomodate Asian size couple. Those prefer bigger size would need to book for a bigger bed. The bath tub was big and the room was spacious. There was a 24 family mart downstairs. walking distance to Premium Outlet. You are required to reserve seats for free shuttle bus service to airport.

Use this as a 1N stayover before making our way into Osaka main area the next morning. The room is big and comfitable, my family had a great rest.

Perfect airport hotel with complimentary shuttle. Staff was outstanding. We just spend a night to continue our flight the following day. There is a family mart inside the hotel to grab a quick snack

Close to rinku town station and rinku premium outlet. Spacious room and family marr on 2nd floor. Breakfast was great too.

Excellent place. A lot of negative reviews about no room cleaning service, however, they ask clearly regarding whether you need such, if you don’t need so, they will only hang new towels in a bag at your door. Anyway, 5 mins from rinku town station , 10 mins from TRIAL tax free supermarket and 10 mins from Rinku outlets. 1. Clean rooms 2. Rather spacious, for Osaka 3. Nice staff 4. Free shuttle Recommended for families and those who like outlet shopping. Only drawback is the lack of a gym, else, would be perfect.

Triple room is spacious for a family with small kids. Free parking. Only 10 mins drive from the hotel to the airport to catch the morning flight.

The hotel has free shuttle bus to airport, but we did not use it as it not fit out plan. We booked room for 4 person, 2 adults and 2 children, but hotel told us as we booked 3 persons room (room type 3 beds), we need to pay extra to have all family to enjoy the breakfast. I shows the reception the booking confirmation and even Hotels.com information for the room, they refused and insisted we need to pay extra to have breakfast. After we as they have me the written document it is not their reason, then they gave me the last breakfast ticket in angry mood. That is already midnight. After 2 hours negotiation, why?

We stayed here mainly for Rinku outlet shopping and for close proximity to airport for our coming flight. The hotel turned out to be better than expected! The hotel looked old from the photos but the lobby actually was pretty nice and the rooms were spacious and well kept. Amenities are sufficient and well thought through. I was able to iron my clothes after putting through the washer so that I can wear it again. 24h family mart just downstairs and 24h supermarket TRIAL is just 5 min walk across the road. Rinku is a 10-15 min walk away passing through a mall.A Staff was friendly and helpful at check in. Very efficient. There is an airport bus from the hotel directly to kansai airport as well. Very convenient. I would totally stay again!
