Citadines Namba Osaka

Citadines Namba Osaka is a great property, the resception is quiet large and inviting unlike other hotels in Japan. They have a family room which comes in quiet handy with Kids. The rooms are quiet comfortable and large given the expections in Japan. The staff is also very polite and helpful. Full 5 stars to the property.

Great hotel, beautiful check in area, plenty of elevators, very nice hotel. Little bit of a walk to dotonbori and to the main Namba area. The rooms were spacious and nice, comfortable bed annd nice little sofa area. It also had good laundry facilities and nice family area for kids. Only downside was the bathroom/ shower area, didn’t reflect the hotel and the step up to go to bathroom was little weird set up. Overall lovely hotel

We booked the one bedroom for our family. This room has in suite laundry and a kitchenette. Crockery and utensils were clean. Hotel provides a sachet of detergent daily but I’m sure they’ll be happy to give u more if u need. Very spacious by Japanese standards and would highly recommend to anyone. 5 min walk to dontobori and Namba station Namba station is 15mins (7 stops) from shin osaka station should you need the Shinkansen. Yamato express does pick up from this hotel.

Excellent hotel. Walking distance to main city highlights. Great buffet breakfast. Staff go out of their way to please. Even a child's play room! Modern and clean. Very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Good location within walking distance of Dotonbori, Namba, and Nippomboshi stations. Large and clean room. Convenient laundromat in the hotel. Only downside was that we were on the same floor as the children's play area and they were easily heard throughout the floor

The hotel's prime location in Namba District makes it a top choice for solo travelers or families. Additionally, the rooms are impeccably clean, and the facilities are modern and new.

Centrally located, well-maintained property with attentive staff and a food court next door for quick cravings. Very good value for the money. Specially recommended for families given family room availability, in suite kitchenettes and launderette in the building.

The staff went above and beyond to help us with our luggage delivery. It was a bit complicated to get it delivered to our Airbnb but the trainee, Mr. White, spent half an hour calling Yamato service and the Airbnb host to set up everything for us. His English was impeccable. I really appreciated. The hotel overall was spacious, spotlessly clean, and close to all the action. It was a 10 minute walk to shinsaibashi, 15 to dotonbori, 4 minutes to all kinds of shopping and food, 7 minutes to the subway. Just a wonderful location. I loved the laundry facility, kids play room, and residential lounge. Such a great experience.

Amazing staff, couldn’t be more helpful. The gym, the family lounge and the laundry were just what I needed to get organised and relaxed before travelling home
