The room is small (probably average in Japan though). We had a 2-double bed room. There was barely any space to out our luggage so we ended up putting both beds together to make space, otherwise we’d be hopping over our luggages when ever we had to go out or use the bathroom. One thing i hated about our room was that there was some sort of sewage smell coming from that opening by the tub. I smell a little in our other hotels too, but because this room was so small it was terrible everytime we came back into the room. It’s probably the plumbing too cuz you have to take a step a big step up to get to the toilet and bathtub. After we turn on the A/C it’s better. We probably didn’t report this cuz we didn’t want to pack and move I guess. The location is great! It’s literally across the street from Kuromon Market and there were tons of restaurants that open til late just a block away. It’s perfect for young couples or singles without kids as it is very good night life. This location is not kid friendly, not much for kids to do or eat.

Nice location and good value. Only bad thing is we stayed a family of 4 , with 2 small kids. And we asked for an extra pillow and blanket (only 2 in room) but got the answer they dont have extra pillow och blanket. Have stayed in many hotels in japan and never heard of a hotel that can not give out extra pillow if asked to. Bit strange and not so convinient. So we had to make our own pillow for our daughter...

Location is perfect! I was traveling with my toddler, so conveniency is a must. The room is small compared to what I am used to, however with daily organization it works out. If you’re to do laundry, there’s only 2 machines — it gets busy. My suggestion would to do laundry in the early morning before the daily activities.

The hotel only offered 2 pillows for 4 person, though in my booking I stated 2 adults and 2 kids. We ask for atleast 2 more hotel receptionist said they don't have left....But the area is walkable to almost everything you wanted from shopping to restaurant.

The hotel has excellent decor when entering. Hated that the top view was closed during my stay. The rooms are small just to let you know. There is a family mart next door and restaurants/ market place near by. It’s a good spot to stay since everything is within walking distance .

Front desk employees very used to interacting with foreigners, good english. Location is good for the nearby Dotonburi action or access to Namba station. Theres a Lawsons food mart next door as well. There is free coffee/espresso in the lobby, which i made very good use of, and free small donuts from 3-7pm, which my kids made good use of. Breakfast is served on the hotel's 15th floor. We attempted to venture out to the streets the first morning for breakfast, and the very few places open and serving food at that time had long lines and didnt have the more basic foods we were looking to eat so early. Definitely recommend just having breakfast at the buffet in the hotel. I believe it cost us 700 yen each. You must purchase the breakfast ticket at the front desk, then take it up to the 15th floor to hand over to staff.

Quite a good location and is a short distance away from Namba Station which allowed my family and I to travel to our destinations quite easily. Room was comfortable enough though the pillows was a little too flat.
