We had a pleasant stay at the lively hotel, very friendly and welcoming stuff. All the stuff speak fluent English that helps us a lot while traveling in Osaka. Room amenities are very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my morning coffee and the French kitchen at the first floor also serve very delicious food. Will definitely recommend friends and family to visit again !
