Great Hotel to stay. Very helpful staff. Staff has been amazingly helpful when our son needed medical support. They help us in the emergency and called in with the hospital. Room is almost new and very tidy. Great sleeping comfort and AC. Beds are about 120 cm, so we had to sleep tight with 2 toddlers. That’s worth considering as Hotels.com offered this room for the occupancy it’s not the hotel to blame.

Great stay at this property. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff were great. No complaints. I think the added touch for the goodie bag for the kids was amazing... My daughter loved the slippers lol. Would stay again.. Just wished it was closer to conveniences

The hotel was spotless and the rooms were spacious and stylish. Perfect for a young family travelling to Osaka, Kyoto and Nara Park
