Sorrounded this hotel is motel area. Man and woman use those types of the hotel. If you are with your family not recommend but If you don't care great location. Hotel is quite new but I noticed that cleanliness is not much which I felt. Hope you don't notices some part of the room.

New, clean, close to subway. The rooms are very small. Tanimachi subway connects to Kintetsu train and Osaka loopline as well as Umeda. The area has a lot of "love hotels". This one also has a day use only rate posted outside. The area is quiet, off the main street. Great for singles or couples. The rooms may be too small for families.
