Clean and friendly. Walking distance to Osaka palace and McDonald’s and 7-eleven for quick grab since we were traveling with toddlers. They have their own parking garage under the building that was a plus.

The security is very good because it is near Osaka Castle and is the police headquarters next to it, the government building behind it, and the family court across the street. There are Seven Eleven, Family Mart, Lawson, and Drug store in the four streets ahead. The room is clean, the staff is very kind, and breakfast is fine.
