Booked a room for 3 in Annex building. 1. Beds are more than enough for 2 adults and 2 kids 2. Excellent sea view, the sea has no distance from your balcony 3. Fast check-in and check-out 4. Max 2 children under 18 per room are free to stay, no worry for booking room for incorrect number of guests 5. Must try the breakfast buffet, not traditional Japanese breakfast but Ryukyu style breakfast 6. Good location, Okinawa is composed with Japanese and American culture where American Village is the best place to experience it. Sunset beach is 3 min walking from hotel. 7. A lot of parking lots, if you still can't find a lot for your car, park in any parking lots in American Village, free of charge

Nice location, very family friendly, breakfast is excellent

Beautiful hotel! Very clean and spacious in the family room. Only complaint is the beds are very hard. Other than that really enjoyed our stay.

Well situated near beaches and the American Village. Friendly staff and clean, large rooms. Great for kids. Many of the amenities are self service, but staff are helpful. The roof top public bath was a nice unexpected touch.

Room a bit for a family of 4, especially the bathroom. And the washing basin is just at the end of one of the beds. Balcony is great spot for watching the sea and the sun. We requested a baby cot, when I tidied the bedsheet before my baby slept, I got bitten by bug so I didn’t use the cot at the end. Staff is friendly and conversant in English. Biggest upside is the breakfast which has many choices and good quality, they even have blue seal ice cream! Car parking is free of charge.

This is a very child friendly property. Lots of good options during breakfast time even for the little ones. There are a lot of amenities designed for children that makes the travel very convenient and stress free. Walkable distance to lots of restaurants too!

Hotel in a great location and very accommodating for my birthday trip with my family.

I mentioned we are a family of of 4, but there were always 2 bottles of water daily, reason given by the front desk was that they didn't charge the room rate for the kids, so kids are not entitled for the mineral water.Quite a terrible excuses.
