Very nice hotel with excellent service. In the center of everything in American village including walking trails to the Chatan park and two small beaches. Great variety of food at breakfast. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. My only suggestions are for stroller covers since it rains so much during the rainy season and to have the small 'diaper genie' for rooms with babies. The little diaper bucket does not contain the smell very well.

Check-in cannot be early, must be at 3pm (check-in at the hotel next door was at 11am a few days ago), check-out is at 12 o'clock ; The bathtub is slippery and with no protective mat. My child slipped and hit his head; The Shower head was not tight and caused water to drip/leak all night; There is no ice tray in the refrigerator, and there is less storage space than in a hotel that only costs a few hundreds per night. There is no small stool for my child (for washing hands), and the kettle is so small, so I have to boil hot water continuously. There is no tray to wash things and the buffet breakfast has few choices. At such a price (HK$2,000 a night), I am overall disappointed and will not recommend to friends.
