Not kid friendly and not amicable to westerners. Seems somewhat traditional but the staff was very rude. The breakfast was cafeteria quality, not great.

ok in general. It will be better if the counter staff could give related information of some enquiries. Since we have 8 adults, 3 kids and 1 baby, we need to book cars to the airport. The counter staff just said no taxi can be booked and that's it. Finally, when we tried to find ways at the entrance to see if there were any transportations to the airport, the staff at the entrance told us that we could reserve 2 cars and paid the transportation fee. Therefore, it would be better if the counter staff could give us information/suggestions about the car reservation service instead of just told us no taxi can be reserved so that visitors can save time to find ways to the airport for a big family group.

This hotel is good for family，we. Like the indoor pool and spent happy moments there. The room we lived in is comfortable but the cleanliness is f the carpets need to be improved.

We stayed in a Japanese style room, which was perfect for our family of four. Our kids slept on their own futons, and we had an additional two beds. The staff was very helpful, and breakfast, included in the cost, was excellent.
