Novotel Okinawa Naha

It was nice for the kids, clean rooms and pleasant staff. Convenience store with good prices!! Very nice pool with great view.

Hotel is decent and rooms are spacious but no connecting rooms for family with children. Rooms are quite empty for a 4 stars hotel. No bedside consoles and under tv console to put bags or accessories. No drawers for clothes, has to live with the luggages opened. There is only a very small round coffee table. A small wardrobe to hang some clothes but no room for other folded clothes. The only Jap Toki restaurant is total closed for dinner and mostly closed or not available during lunch. Concierge said it was due to covid-19 situation. We have no chance to eat there during our 4 days stay. Luckily, there were a gourmet bar for drinks & meals and a family minimart within the hotel. Taxi fare is more affordable compared to other cities.

Overall is very pleasant stay, the breakfast is excellent, only drawback is no connected rooms, so we have to go back and forth to take care of the kids in two separate rooms

If you’ve stayed at other Novotel locations around the world, please do not expect this branch to be as extravagant! Novotel Naha Okinawa is like a baby version! I still love that it is modern and clean. Infinity pool was nice too. Breakfast could be better too.

行政房間空間好大好舒服， 設施好， 酒店內有family mart, 早餐好吃 15樓的接待員態度很好

Location is closed by shopping area, also have family mart on 1/F. it is really convenience. also I Love the new facilities for this hotel, may be cause by just opened on Aug 2018. Staffs are friendly.
