What a marvellous experience. The breakfast was really good, with plenty of options..The staff was kind and respectful. The room was spacious. Excellent hotel for a couple or a family. The location really helped.

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Quick and easy check in, clean facilities and sound isolated and comfortable room. Extremely central. Travelled with two children and would visit again and recommend to all friends.

Comfort Inn was right across the street from the train station and very easy to access public transportation. The Staff were friendly and the accommodations were clean. They had a nice breakfast buffet in the morning, and their facilities had coin operated laundry machines, which is helpful for families. I highly recommend Comfort Inn.

It was my 2nd time staying in this hotel. Very clean, quiet, lots of free drinks such as coffees, teas, water etc., friendly staffs, especially Mr. Takahashi, manager was so experienced and professional. Definitely, I will choose and stay in this hotel again and recommend to my friends, coworkers and family. Thank you Mr. Takahashi and all staffs!

The hotel is a modern hotel about 15 minutes walk from Kyoto station. Toji metro station is outside the hotel. It's one stop to Kyoto station. It is useful because it is very difficult to get a taxi or an Uber on that street. The hotel is on a busy road. Nothing much to do around. There are a few convenience stores within a walking distance. The staff are polite, breakfast is continental and you can get coffee for free all day long. They call it the library and you can use the breakfast room as a place to eat your food from the convenience store. I recommend this hotel for families as well.
