Very nice hotel ! Modern and clean! Super efficient staff! Very kind to any of our demands and careful to all our needs The rooms are of good dimensions for Japanese standards.. and not super small as in other hotels . . The area around the hotel is nice , with a lot of convenience stores and walkable to several small restaurants on the side streets The reception did also an amazing job when we arrived as we had multiple reservations and multiple rooms for all our family.

We are a family of four and stayed in Tokyo, Osaka and Kyoto for a total of two weeks. Our hotels range from high 5 stars to mid 4 stars and this one is our favorite in terms of price, quality, convenience and cleanliness. My suggestions for anyone, especially from US are staying away from overpriced big chains and loon for newly remodeled small hotels. You’ll be surprised.
