The public bath was good but the water temperature could have been warmer. The hotel has a free wine hour, snacks, and ochazuke hour. There are nice added features. The breakfast selection are very nice. We have a vegetarian in our family and she had a lot of choice with the vegitable centered breakfast.

The amenities were wonderful, especially the crib offering, the onsen, the little gardens, the coffee, water, and other free drink and snack offerings through the day and night. I only have 2 concerns: 1) I could hear some of the other guests above and beside us at times, and 2) we dropped off our bags early and asked the staff to put our insulated bag of baby milk into their freezer. But when we opened it later after 8 hours of supposedly being frozen- it wasn’t frozen. The ice inside had continued to melt. Luckily the milk was still cold from the ice, but it was not frozen.
