Hotel Wbf Sapporochuo

Hotel is non-smoking. However, there's almost a lingering smell of smoke in the lobby, in the lifts and along the corridors. I believe the issue is that the hotel let the guest smoke near the car waiting area (which is connected to the automated car park) and often let the door between the car waiting area and the lobby. This really makes it unbearable for those collecting their cars and who are waiting at the lobby. Other than this, it was a great stay. The rooms are clean. The bunk beds (for the 4-bedder rooms) are great with the kids even though the rooms are not too big. Kids love the balt salt counter near the reception.

The room layout was good for my large family. It was clean and comfortable with additional WC and separate shower and bath area, More of us can get ready together. Location was convenient to walk around Sapporo city. I will use this hotel again when I return. I just wasn’t sure about the child surcharge for child over 7 years old, but paid for it anyway.
