This hotel is near to many malls which is great for family with young kid. The "western" breakfast is good with many variety and good for family with young kid. The "japanese" breakfast set is a nice experience as you enjoy a city view from top hotel floor. The room is half a "century" old so do not expect too much. The cleanliness of the room is really lacking. I wish the toilet is a little more well furnished. The experience with this hotel is mixed, I really like the location and breakfast, but not the room and the room-keeping.

Stayed in a semi-double room for 4 nights during Dec 14 in this hotel. The location is excellent as it is connected via the underpass from the JR and Subway station of Sapporo. The underground connection is simply excellent for travellers with kids, especially during the harsh winter weather conditions. Convenience store is located on the 1st floor and offers all you need for a quick snack and coffee. Hotel staff are helpful and speak reasonably good English. Room size is good. Will choose this hotel again the next time I visit.
