Very comfortable and new! Excellent staff! I was hoping to get 4 beds as booked for 2a and 2children but got 3! Good breakfast next to riverside with Sakura!

The room was clean and quiet and the restaurant was nice. The riverside location is wonderful as well. However, we are a family of 4 and there was not enough bedding for us all. There were two king singles and a single. King singles are not big enough for two people, so we had to push them together and I had to sleep half on each. Also one of the USB charging points wasn't working, so we all had to take turns charging from one point.

Convenient location close to train station, park, and castle. Room was nice but beds small and tight for family of 5. Breakfast was a nice perk.
