We booked a premium quad room. This gave us access to the club lounge! We are a family of five. The hotel was amazing! The room so large and suited us so well. Kids loved the wetroom (bathroom) and the club lounge was amazing. The location was phenomenal and you can’t get better in my opinion. We could get to so many places without even going outside which was great in rain. Loved every minute of our stay and would absolutely recommend the splurge to the premium club rooms!

The hotel is literally next to the JR station with plenty of food choices. Transportation is excellent given there are local/long-distance bus services & trams at the station too. The hotel loses some points 'cause the bed in my room is too small to sleep 2 adults & 1 child (got misled by the 'sleep 3' wordings while selecting room. Couldnt sleep well in the 1st night and asked to top up/upgrade to a bigger room and extra bed for 2nd night.
