THE KNOT Hiroshima

Stayed here one night only, and appreciated the close location to Peace Park, which served our needs perfectly. Friendly staff and clean/modern facilities. Small room, like everywhere in Japan, but was fine for our family of 4. Would stay again!

This hotel is in a walkable location to Peace memorial park and easy to access to train station and shopping. However, the rooms are very tiny and hardly have any storage to put things. Bathrooms don’t have counter space and no closet spaces etc. house keeping is only 3 days once which is mostly fine. They do give coins to buy snacks and drinks which is a fun experience. Overall recommend for couples and singles but not recommend for families with kids

Nicely located next to the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum and 2 mins walk to the Dome. They give you a bag of tokens that you can use to exchange for sweets. My kids love that.

When first arriving to the Knot my husband experienced a not so friendly approach when checking into the hotel. They seemed to not know we had 3 guest and gave him a hard time. The staff gave many stares and continued to ask lots of questions. I then had to provide him with proof that when booking I selected 2 adults and one child. As the evening continued staff and our experience became much better. We dined at the restaurant downstairs and it was an amazing experience. From making a reservation, to receiving friendly and helpful customer service who was very knowledgeable of the menu options. My husband and I chose the wagyu bolognese with a chicken Caesar salad for our entree. The octopus ceviche and shrimp with butter as an appetizer. My son chose the fire grilled margarita pizza. Let’s just say everything was top tier and the wait time wasn’t long at all. The food was fresh, tasty and filled with many delicious flavors. The atmosphere was family friendly and cozy. With the right choice of music. It had a really elegant and upscale atmosphere. The next day we decided to join some friends on the rooftop bar. We truly enjoyed the DJ and his diverse music. Staff were friendly and spoke English which helped when ordering drinks and snacks. What I really enjoyed about the hotel was it provided everything in one if choosing not to leave the hotel. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends who are looking for a 10/10 experience.

Beautiful hotel. On the smaller side for a family of 4, so we ended up booking a second room for our second night. Very convenient location and walking distance for anything we were visiting in Hiroshima. Rooftop bar is gorgeous and we had fun spending our Knot coins

Highly recommended for those visiting Japan. Location is fantastic and hotel staff are well-trained and friendly. They make things very simple and easy without any stress. Shopping with knot coins at lounge was fun! Unexpected snow made it even better. The restaurant on the 1st floor serves high quality dishes and their breakfast is just amazing. My family including kids loved the hotel too. I will definitely try again for my next family trip to Japan.

Excellent. Clean, stylish, convenient location, helpful staff. I went with my parents and my brother - a family of tough critics and we all loved it highly recommend
