Oriental Hotel Tokyo Bay

Great location for Disneyland and there is a lawson on the lobby of the hotel. Hotel also offers a shuttle bus to both disneyland and disneysea. However, the hotel is really run down. Bathroom were ok but a bit filthy. Overall, good accommodation given closeness to the theme parks and kids enjoyed the little perks.

This hotel was amazing!!!!!! I cannot stress that enough. They were very accommodating and service was amazing. If your rooms are not ready, they have a place where you can store your luggage. We came early and stored our luggage. After we went straight to Disney and they had a free shuttle going to and from Disney. The breakfast buffet 10/10 so good, my family definitely enjoyed our stay here. We can’t wait to come back and I will always recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Thank you for letting our stay in Tokyo amazing! We truly appreciate your kindness!

Nice place for a family , free shuttle to and from Disney , across street from subway station , nothing is nearby so you have to leave property and go on public transport to go to nearest city , but it’s like a mini resort

We booked this hotel with the breakfast buffet. The breakfast was excellent but it finished too early at 10am. We got treated drinks & snacks at the welcome lounge, kids love it there cause they had cotton candy and cream puffs. Unfortunately, the lounge had a limited time and always crowded. The fun part was the amenities room where we could get tea, lotion, etc. Location was very good, close to train station and only 1 stop away from Disney. It's also close to AEON shopping center. The bad thing about this hotel is the laundry machines, too many people wanted to use them but they only had 5 machines.

Wow what a treat, the Oriental Bay Hotel was a great decision for my wife and I, it’s a partner Disney hotel with free transportation to both parks every 30min. The Hotel itself met our satisfactions there is 4 restaurants and a welcome lounge(free beer) for you use also this hotel is attach to the Shi-urayasu train station with quite a few clothing stores and numerous of places to eat including McDonald, subway and other with local prices. The only downside is far from Tokyo Shinjuku but wasn’t a problem for us we actually like the 45min commute knowing to comeback to our BIG ROOM lol also easy way to get to both airport via friendly bus limousine =coming it drop you up in front of the hotel and going back to the airport just get the shuttle to Disney and from there take the bus back to the airport via bus limousine..I absolutely recommend this hotel..tip- the hotel have everything you need free ( razor blades- toothbrush-lotion-shower cap-dental floss-foot massage-washer/dryer-Lawson24hours in the hotel-kids dipper and bathtub oils and more)LOL

We stayed for two nights to visit Disney Sea. It's our last stop in Japan. The self check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly. In the welcome lounge, there were unlimited free snacks and drinks available, including nuts, various types of candy, soft drinks, coffee, tea, beer, wine, and more. My son particularly enjoyed making the fairy floss himself. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of lovely Western and Japanese food, along with a wide selection of cold or hot beverages. Frequent free shuttle buses are available to and from Disneyland and Disney Sea. The hotel is also conveniently located next to the station and a shopping center, with plenty of different eateries around, some shop offered fax-free service. Highly recommended to families visiting Disneyland or/and Disney Sea!

Check in staff were very courteous. Lounge with snacks and drinks was very welcomed after a day at Disney. Shuttle busses make it very convenient to get to Disney as well. Being connected to the train station and the malls make it a great place for families too. While out of their control, wish that it could sell seat reservations for the Airport Limos to Narita airport.

We were so impressed by this hotel. We checked in online before arrival so it was all very easy when we arrived. The hotel is stunning and the rooms are clean, well equipped, and a good size for Japan. We travelled with 3 children and had a double bunk room. The welcome drinks from 2pm-11pm daily, with free drinks, a candy bar and candy floss was an excellent touch, as was the foot massager in every room which was well used! Great little shopping centre nearby with a food court and a supermarket. Right next to the station, so transport links were very easy and the shuttle bus to and from Disney made that easy too. So much better than we expected and great value too. The included breakfast had a good mix of western and asian foods, and the kids loved the donut wall! Thoroughly recommend for families and anyone wanting to explore Disney or the eastern side of Tokyo.

The best for family. Excellent service overall. Would love to stay again if I come back to Japan
