Very clean rooms, great breakfast, best part was free shuttle to Disneyland. Highly recommend if visiting Disneyland with kids.

1st time in Japan for a family trip to Disney. Would recommend for the convince to have the bus shuttle you to and from Disney parks. Very convenient location to bus stations to catch a train. A short walk to catch the limousine bus back to Haneda Airport. Good breakfast.

Hotel was great, offered clear shuttle services to Disney parks, great amenities with laundry on site. The buffet breakfast is very overpriced, and underwhelming, it looks exciting with the candy zone for little kids, but nothing else is worth attending. Great having the Lawson’s onsite for snacks, etc.

Housekeeping was so wonderful. I know ny toddler left her toys EVERYWHERE and every night when we returned they had them set up all together. Thank you so much.

Friendly and helpful staff. Even though sometimes their English is limited, they will use the mobile translator to address every question from you. Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is good, kids would love it. The Odeo Onsen is within walking distance. It's a good place to relax for a few hours.
