Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel

Hotel made sure there was a baby cot in the room. Luggage was taken care of and the room was excellent. Very close to Disney parks via the disney train line.

We spent two nights in a Parkwing room for three persons. Spacious room on 7th floor with view to Disney Park direction. Cleanliness of the room was excellently taken care of by cleaning lady of our floor and location for visiting Disney Parks very convenient. A walkway along Maihama seaside was nice on our check-out day for spending some of our xtra time outside. Beautiful outside pool area and also inside pool (which was crowded by families with children -Japanese bank holiday). Direct bus to airports was the cherry on the top.

Food choices are limited and expensive. Teppanki is $50-100 per Person Unless you want to spend 50 for dinner buffet or breakfast . Limited food choices for people with families.

Hotel was nice and the staff were very friendly. However, you have to pay for everything extra. Gym, pool, kids room.

Fantastic place to stay at while visiting Disney theme parks with family. Pros: Clean, safe and extremely polite service. Fantastic views of the bay, depending on which side the room is. Shuttle service every 10 minutes or so to take you to Bayside station (2minutes away from the hotel), where you can catch the monorail bus to either of them parks. Same monorail can take you to Maihama subway station to go out to Central Tokyo and from there to other places of interest. Taxi rides from the hotel to anywhere are going to be expensive. Subway system is super efficient and very reasonably priced. Recommend using the Suica/Pasmo card linked to IPhone wallet. Cons: Only minor con I can think of is it is far from the city center and other attractions. It will take time and planning to get around but isn’t too big a deal.

Booked this hotel as it offered single beds for each member of our family in a decent sized room with balcony. Location was great for Disney and quiet surrounds but longer trains trips and changes to see Tokyo highlights became time consuming and tiring. Food and buffet quality was immaculate but too pricey for small eaters. Didn’t feel like we could eat our money's worth everyday. Room service brilliant, staff beautiful wonderful people. Outside pool and laundromat was closed which was disappointing for our 8 night stay. Overall happy with hotel as a choice for our first ever visit to Japan.

I rarely write reviews, but this hotel deserves one. Our week-long stay was phenomenal. Located in Shibuya, renowned for its shopping and vibrant atmosphere, the hotel offered a peaceful retreat just a four-minute walk from Shibuya Crossing. Despite its central location, it was quiet and relaxing, with the metro only three minutes away, providing easy citywide access. We booked 2 rooms for our family of 5 that were modern, spacious, equipped with a kitchen, microwave/toaster oven, and all essentials. The in-room washer/dryer combo were a bonus. Just loaded our laundry once and it was done when we got back. The staff was exceptional, from check-in to departure. During checkout, we needed two Ubers to our next hotel in the Disney area. Since the Hyatt is a new hotel, the Uber/taxi pickup location was hard to find. The first Uber driver arrived quickly without issues and took me and my daughter. The second driver couldn't find the location and asked my wife and kids to meet him elsewhere. With all the luggage, this was difficult for them to manage. My wife canceled the Uber and rebooked, only to get the same driver again. Suddenly, three Hyatt staff members came down to help my wife and kids walk the luggage to a different pickup spot. I'm not sure how they knew they needed help, but their assistance was greatly appreciated. This hotel made our trip, and we will not stay anywhere else when we travel to Japan. Great hotel, great staff, great location.

Made our trip to Disneysea extra fun and much more convenient! There is a kids play area for a small fee and plenty dining options. Beautiful hotel a few minutes walk from Disney Bayside monorail station oland there is a shuttle if you catch it. Would definitely stay here again if we can!

We booked 1night to visit Disney Sea as a family trip. The hotel was in excellent location and very clean. I loved the spacious shower/bathroom. The bed mattress were firm and comfortable. We also had morning buffet, although I am not a big eater, my daughter was able to eat healthy big breakfast before we visit the park :) Thank you
