Food choices are limited and expensive. Teppanki is $50-100 per Person Unless you want to spend 50 for dinner buffet or breakfast . Limited food choices for people with families.

Hotel was nice and the staff were very friendly. However, you have to pay for everything extra. Gym, pool, kids room.

The hotel itself is nice. It's big, clean and honestly no issue with the hotel part itself. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Free bottled water left after service and you can ask for more if needed. What we really struggled with here was the lack of decent food and operation hours of the convenience stores. This hotel is on the Disney resort area so you would think there would be more accessible food options and stores/hours as lots of families and people in general tend to wake up early to get their day Disney-day started. But nope– the 2 convenience stores onsite (one was cash only btw), opened late in the morning or closed early. Food and snack options in those stores were sad and very limited (instant noodles, not that much variety with chips, candy, etc. that you would find at something like a Lawsons). Restaurants opened later in the morning as well with the exception of the Toastina bakery which honestly didn't offer great options either. Not much variety in the types of foods offered in the restaurants. After a long day of traveling, we decided to splurge and eat at their dinner buffet at the Grand Cafe and it was the biggest waste of money ever. Almost $100 for 2 adults and food that was practically inedible. We saw other families who came in after us have the saddest and most disappointed looks on their faces. Their 'spanish inspired' foods were not good, and the basic items offered just looked sad and tasted meh.

Property is great with Disney visit, but a little far from Tokyo. It was able to accommodate a family of six in one room was great. Price is reasonable if book far ahead. Property was clean and full amenities

The hotel was a few minutes walk from the Disney Monorail which was very convenient. Also there was a very nice Disneyshop in the hotel. Because of the room we booked (a bigger room for 4 or 5 people) we had access to the Sheraton Lounge on the 12th floor with nice views over Disney and Tokyo Bay. We had breakfast there which was really fine and drinks and 'snacks' every day from 5 to 8 pm. The snacks can be seen as a complete dinner. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious but the 3rd, 4th and 5th bed were extremely hard and uncomfortable. After a visit to the reception they added futons which made the beds okay. Another less positive thing was the noise, coming probably from the room above, at certain times like in the evenings as if children were bouncing or running through to room. The Onsen was simple but at least there was one. The minigolf was not for free which surprised us. But overall we would stay there again when returning to the Tokyo Bay area.

Excellent service and facilities!! The hotel is across the street from the Disney Monorail! Upgrading the room to the Club lounge is worth the extra money. Included breakfast and hosted happy hour every day, indoor pool, and an indoor kids playground.

They took the foodplates from my wife and children in a buffet when they were already inside the buffet with full plates prior to closing. My wife have food allergies (ciliac) and they still did it. She starved all night long. The room wasnot properly checked. Have broken items or missing such as the emergency light. I wouldnt recommend.
