Fantastic hotel and pool was amazing. Family friendly. Hotel seems a bit old though. Did not understand we had to pay for pool access and limited time to be there and different prices each day for the access. Felt like the hotel staff are paid on how much extra they can get out of the tourits on this. Also they did not have a free shuttle to Disneyland. As a family u walk to nearby shuttle train and easy access to Disneyland after that. Hotel far from the city and taxis expensive to pay to get back and forward. Not much in the area of the harbour so we ended up going to the city instead the days we were not in Disneyland

Great place for family visit to Disney parks. Use free shuttle to Maihama station for transport anywhere including Tokyo Station for transfer to Shinkansen (Bullet Train).

Everything about the hotel was excellent except their AC system in room. I maxed it out and it could barely keep up with humidity and heat. When we showered vents would drip on carpet so make sure you use provided slippers. also something Iam not used to but had to reserve going to pool and had to pay for chair in order to get reservation. Its super cheap just odd that hilton would do that as it was only me and 3 other families in entire pool for hours.

We visited Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea to start off a wonderful family vacation in Japan. We were very comfortable and happy with Hilton Tokyo Bay. Breakfast buffet & dinner buffet were wonderful. A la carte menu and meals were delicious at Silva restaurant. Super nice staff.

My family had a really great time at the hotel. The room was great. The ocean view, the beds, the plenty of towels were awesome. We also enjoyed the breakfast. The food was good, too. I also liked the fact that the hotel provides shuttle bus and limousine services. Thank you!

Great spot to stay for quick access to Disney! Unfortunately when we arrived they had to delay our check in time which is frustrating when travelling with kids. The room was fun for kids but the beds and pillows were rock hard. Handy access to the monorail for Disney access and tidy facilities with lovely staff. Lawsons on site was very handy!

It is a good hotel for both parents and kids. Room space is large and comfortable. Recommend for family trip.
