Hilton Tokyo Bay

Fantastic hotel and pool was amazing. Family friendly. Hotel seems a bit old though. Did not understand we had to pay for pool access and limited time to be there and different prices each day for the access. Felt like the hotel staff are paid on how much extra they can get out of the tourits on this. Also they did not have a free shuttle to Disneyland. As a family u walk to nearby shuttle train and easy access to Disneyland after that. Hotel far from the city and taxis expensive to pay to get back and forward. Not much in the area of the harbour so we ended up going to the city instead the days we were not in Disneyland

Great place for family visit to Disney parks. Use free shuttle to Maihama station for transport anywhere including Tokyo Station for transfer to Shinkansen (Bullet Train).

I stayed here with my wife, 3 and 4 year old respectively in the July of 2024. As the other reviewers commented, this is a large hotel situated in the Tokyo Disney area, about 300 meters away from the Disney Resort Line Bayside station. Hotel guests stay here for easy access to Disneyland. Pros - Clean and family friendly. Access to Tokyo Disneland Lawson and hotels on site. Access to the various airport limousines which are not free but convenient. Free shuttle to Maihama Station which his conveniently 30 minutes from Tokyo Station

The room was very spacious and accommodating for family of 5, the kids enjoyed the space and having their own beds. The staff was friendly and polite. The location was very convenient as it was just across the street from one of the Disney train stations. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is because the use of the pool was not included in the room fee; we paid twice the price per night compared to our stay at the Toy Story hotel next door due to convenience and pool. According to hotel staff we had to pay ¥3,000 per person (nearly $20 pp) per day of use, and reservations were required as well. We also had no idea the pool closed at 4pm; we found all of this out at 3 pm when we tried to use it on our last day as we wanted a relax before flying back home the next day. Needless to say the kids were disappointed as we had rushed back from the city to spend the last half of our day poolside. I didn’t see on the website where it stated pool access was extra, if it is listed it needs to be explicitly stated and not hidden.

This hotel was great! The room was very nice for our family of 5. They had great service too. It was very close to Disneyland & DisneySea about a 6 minute walk. They also had a transfer bus to and from the Disney monorail for free. The downside about the stay was that you needed to pay to use the pool even if you were just going to sit on the side and watch your kid. It was $12 each person. I’ve never experienced paying to use the pool at a hotel I already paid to stay at. The buffet dining was great too but you needed to make a reservation no walk ins. I thought this was very inconvenient for us. Another downside is that this hotel is far from the airport so if you’re taking a taxi and have a family of 5 you’ll need to split into to 2 taxis and it’ll cost you roughly $87 each taxi one way. There’s no shopping near this hotel so you’ll always have to drive out to go shopping. Overall our stay was comfortable here.

Pretty incredible that a Hilton that shows its sparkling beautiful pool in every property photo doesn’t make it easy to use that pool! We specifically booked the hotel for the pool, the night before our Fantasy Springs vacation package to have a restful afternoon of swimming with the kids. Carted bathing suits all over Japan for this one afternoon. But it turns out you need a separate RESERVATION to use the pool, which costs MORE money, AND it closes at 3pm. What pool closes at 3pm when it’s 92 degrees outside? I honestly feel scammed.

Friendly and courteous staff! Very family friendly. We traveled with our seven and thirteen year olds and they loved it. Also, rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet has good variety. I’d definitely again!

Everything about the hotel was excellent except their AC system in room. I maxed it out and it could barely keep up with humidity and heat. When we showered vents would drip on carpet so make sure you use provided slippers. also something Iam not used to but had to reserve going to pool and had to pay for chair in order to get reservation. Its super cheap just odd that hilton would do that as it was only me and 3 other families in entire pool for hours.
