The service was top notch. Bell Boy comes to open the taxi door and grabs your luggage and stays till you go to your room. I felt like a royalty. Amenities are replenished daily. There’s service for laundry, courier service available should you choose to use it. For family of four (with two elementary school kids), they let you stay for “free” so two large twin beds show up as an option. You still have to pay for breakfast buffet for the kids, which is half price of adults (1600-ish yen with tax and service charge). Breakfast was wonderful! In terms of beds, for someone who is used to two queen bed rooms in US, “large twin size” was doable but I wish it were bigger. Overall, my family got spoiled at this hotel.

My family and I only spent one night but know it was amazing. Please don't look elsewhere this hotel has amazing services and thenrooms are huge. If your in doubt don't, you will not go wrong.

I stayed with my family. The lobby is on the 6th floor and there is a lounge for guests only where you can enjoy drinks, which was a nice service. It is a calm and quiet long-established hotel, so I was able to relax and refresh myself.

Really amazing service! They were very kind and attentive. Had a wonderful stay. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and will stay again when in Nagoya! サービスが最高です。どうも有難うございました。
