Hotel JAL City Nagoya Nishiki

This room was perfect for my family of 4 and close to the station, accommodating all our needs. We were able to find restaurants and convenience stores nearby and the buffet was delicious with good timing and very welcoming staff. Overall, we had a very good experience.

Worth staying Hotel Room and toilet are spacious, good for family stay. Though little parking space, the hotel could provide parking coupon for parking in the vicinity.

While the room is not very big for a family, the hotel was family-friendly and convenient with a nice breakfast buffet kids-approved and a quiet neighborhood.

Good hotel to stay with family close to all the fun activities down town Nagoya and 25 min drive to Legoland. Would stay there again.

We book the JAL hotel through Expedia, the description is about the “premium room” with “Extra Large” bed, but when we arrive the hotel, it can only provide general double bed, which can’t live in with 2 adults 1kids for 5 days! We certainly paid higher price for “premium room” with “Extra Large” bed, but the day manager request to pay more for another 2 single beds room, we spend at least 45mins for this dispute after early flight to Japan & affect our travelling planning. Even there is black & write written descriptions, they still insist this is the fault between Expedia & customer, dun even bear any responsibility until we commit we will report to JAL or any related party after trip. Finally, they change the room for us, 2 single beds & we combine them into one extra large bed, it was a bad experience for us….

Room was spacious, clean, and pretty. We were also able to get two cribs and baby safety guards placed on our beds for our twin babies. Even with those in the room, there was still plenty of room to walk around. The walls also had nice decorations. My family enjoyed our stay very much.

Good hotel for a 1 night stay in Nagoya. We were in the double room with 2 adults and 2 kids (8 and 11). There was enough space..but just barely. Typical Japanese hotel, good service and close quarters, but if you don’t mind then it’ll work for a family of 4. Breakfast buffet was good, probably worth getting the rate with it included (we didn’t because I didn’t know if we’d eat...we did and it cost us $65 but still seemed worth it). Overall clean and quiet and about 5 minutes walk from the airport bus drop off a the Nagoya Kanko Hotel).
