The hotel is right above the Nagoya Station. The hotel room is very clean and spacious. Check in and out were pretty quickly and easy. My family and I enjoy the room very much.

We had a stay for 6 consecutive nights & feel comfortable and cozy. The room space is as expected & with a small sofa so that kid can play toys on it and view for arrival and departure of different trains. The view from our hotel room is awesome with wide city view and even can have view with moutains and blue sky. The toliet is spacious and clean as well

The property is very nice and check in was easy. We booked the room for 2 adults and a child but when it came time to ask for beddings they told us that they couldn't accommodate bedding because the booking was only for 2. I get that this might be a normal practice but given we did book for three you would think they would at least be willing to give us some bedding. We made due with some beach towels that we brought with us.
