8 min walk from gold clock in nagoya station. clean rooms, good food for breakfast and service is excellent. connected to family mart on the first floor and you can go to ichiran ramen close by

Staffs are friendly. Rooms are tidy and got enough space for 2 opened suitcases. Hotel close to restaurants and got family mart downstairs. 5 mins walk to station and shopping malls. Great place to stay

5 mins walk from JR Nagoya, family-mart at entrance of hotel and underground mall entrance just outside hotel - these factors make this hotel very convenient. Would recommend this Hotel !

Hotels.com lies about how many people can sleep in each room. Bad for families. We booked a room that was meant to sleep 3. Even the suite (which hotels.com says sleeps 4) had 2 TWIN beds and a single trundle bed. Our room for 3 (2 adults + a tween-ager) had a single king bed and the hotel refused to add a fold-out or futon mattress on the floor. My tween-ager was not impressed. The hotel would not refund us or switch us to a room that ACTUALLY had 3 beds. They even refused to give us more pillows and bedding to sleep on the floor. We were cheated, our money was wasted, and we needed to find another hotel last minute. NOT HAPPY.

Location is a bit far for family with kids. However, with the price, it is considered value for money. Friendly counter staff and good service on assistance with luggage and explanation. Our window view is facing the lobby of another building and the room size is very tight if you have a big luggage or family of 4 for a double room booking.
