AC Hotel by Marriott Kingston, Jamaica

This is one of the very best hotels to stay in Kingston. It is less than 5 years old, state of the art in terms of modern design and convenience. Staff is exceptional, any small issue was quickly taken care of. As a Jamaican American family it covers all the bases. Loved our stay Alaric & Sharon

The property was very clean and convenient if you have family in the area. I didn’t like that room service was not offered as an amenity.

Atmosphere: This is definitely a hip hotel for those looking to socialize with the locals. The lobby was extremely noisy and busy on Friday & Saturday night, as apparently this is the spot that many people come to on dates, looking for a possible link up, and/or parties. Although I really liked this hotel, I would not suggest this location for a family oriented atmosphere. Staff and amenities: The staff was absolutely wonderful and their rooms were clean and nicely decorated.! Dining options: They have a Starbucks on site, which was great, and a pretty good selection on the menu. However, do not look for fast service on a Friday evening, as it is packed! The cocktails were mediocre, but luckily not overpriced. The breakfast buffet was pretty good - Continental breakfast and local cuisine.

I like the location , the artistry , color and ambience of the lobby. The lobby felt inviting .Staff members were courteous and pleasant . My room was clean every day . Even when I had parking issues since the hotel had events the gentlemen who opens door for guest was helpful. Only issue I had was parking for guest staying . My suggestion the lower level parking should be prioritized for guest staying especially with young ones and elder but overall I had a great time with my family . My daughter enjoy the pool and even develop friendships with other young guesses.

I am a super picky traveler and I stayed at both AC in Kingston and Royalton in Trelawny and I have to say I have ZERO complaints about AC hotel. I rented the suite with king bed and sofa bed, it is EXTREMELY room for my little ones to run around and there is small kitchenette with sink, mini fridge & coffee maker. I had the Jamaican breakfast at the property it was excellent and I love the fact that if you wanted to hang out in the evening its a vibe by the bar area good music!

I loved this hotel, my family and I stayed here and they loved it as well. The staff was courteous and kind as well as helpful and respectful. The customer service here was noteworthy. Thank you to the staff- Stevanie, my room attendant, Georgianna at the front desk who was lovely with checking us in and out, Alecia and Nordika, the diligent waitresses and the manager Shanique, who was delightful to speak with. Thank you for a restful, fun, easy breezy stay! We will be back!

AC hotel is in a good safe location, friendly staff. Great for family and singes. Entertaining. 24 hour pool and 24 hour gym.

I loved the staff, very friendly, super attentive. The hotel is clean, there is always someone cleaning the elevators. The restaurant is good for breakfast but Lunch time we didnt like how the jerk chicken smell and it didn’t really have a good taste but other than that everything was on point. Oh and we traveled with our 8 month old baby and the restaurant didn’t have high chairs. I would stay at this hotel again.

Beautiful modern and classy facility, should be rated as a 5-star hotel! A good value for money. Super clean, spacious and comfortable room. Very tasty local dishes. Security is good, lively and professional environment. Responsive and caring management team. Fast speed internet, strong heated water source, daily complimentary bottled water and a nice variety of snacks and drinks from their concierge area. I can’t wait to go back, I will definitely recommend to all my friends, families and colleagues! Congratulations to the management team your doing an amazing job!
