Excellent service, very good location. Family of 4, we reserved the family suite. Separate bedrooms, kitchenette, table to eat. Our breakfast was delivered each morning on time, worked perfectly! The only thing missing were maybe a few tables directly outside the hotel for guests to enjoy an aperitif in the Campo/Piazza as the the hotel across the Piazza had. Otherwise, would recommend!

Great value for money - very friendly staff, efficient, great experience for the entire family. Great atmosphere at the property with a great apartment with breakfast served to the room, highly recommended!

Great , comfy, very warm place for staying with family at the location which is convenient and accessible to various places in Venice like Gondola Rides, Rialto Bridge, Mark's Square and mainly many Gelotto Shops.

Excellent service and kindness. Great place to stay with the family, really close to Piazza San Marco and central location to visit Venice. Close to We walked to the hotel from the train station (about 1h walk wit kids) to start exploring the city. Close to Giglio Alilaguna stop on the Grand Canal.
