Excellent location friendly staff , room big enough for a family on 4 3

The views were great, staff was kind knew various languages and they held on to our luggage due to arriving before check in. The location is amazing right next to st mark’s square and the gondola parking. But be prepared to not get the best rest. There’s lots of outside noise that even with the windows closed comes through and I swear my mom thought it was haunted! However I slept like a baby so do with that info what you will. The staff was kind and they have a bar and restaurant downstairs with beautiful views, I would definitely stay here again. Getting here was hard due to luggage but eh it’s Italy, just take the water taxi to st mark’s square and save yourself the $80, there’s a set of stairs before you arrive and there’s an elevator. Enjoy Venice and stay here, this place was authentic and beautiful!

A few steps from San Marcos square….and yet on its own small harbor of Gondolas. This place captures the charm of Venice! My wife and I had 1 room and our 3 college aged kids had another. Great spot!

Perfect for our stay-family of 4. Loved the location. Just a one minute walk to St. Marks Square. Staff was so helpful and accommodating. Many bakery and dining choices nearby. Gondolas outside the hotel. Cute bar to sit and view the canal. Lovely! We’ll be back!

We enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly and it had an amazing location. Very easy walking distance to key sites and the bar and view from the bar was excellent (in particular the man working behind the bar was extremely courteous). However, our room was very noisy. We paid for a canal facing view but the canal the hotel faces is a very busy gondolier stop and they begin shouting to each other early in the morning. We also had a young family opposite the corridor to us and could very clearly hear the children screaming early in the morning. The room was also stuffy, there is not an option to turn on air conditioning until after mid May. Finally, the food fell below expectation for a four star hotel.

The location was extraodinary- The staff at front desk, breakfast and cleaners incredible! Will return with all our family again- our room, 1204 had 3 windows as it was a corner- incredible view and sounds of Venice- ñoved it
