H10 Palazzo Canova

The hotel was conveniently located and had a great view of the big canal. Our room 104 was great with our young kids and even had a small terrace to enjoy the view.

The location of the property is exceptional. The hotel itself is beautiful. The staff was not helpful or friendly other than one person in the restaurant and one young man on reception. We booked 2 rooms, both were supposed to have a double sofa bed. We asked for the room our adult daughter and son were in to have the double sofa bed made. They put a sheet onto the top of the sofa and when we asked about the sofa bed they said they would look into it and get back to us. At 10 pm they said that room does not have a sofa bed and even though we paid for it we were stuck with the room. The next day we complained again as our daughter needed an actual bed and they moved rooms to one with a bed but did not offer to make the previous night right. We stayed at H10 in Rome and the staff was significantly friendlier and much more helpful. The bugs were very bad in the room that our kids were moved too with both kids being covered in mosquito bites. The rooftop patio they do not allow you to use unless you are paying to eat or drink and it is not open unless the restaurant is open. We were disappointed in this as one of the reasons we chose that hotel was to have a little outdoor space to unwind. The H10 in Rome allows usage of the patio throughout the day.

The property was very well decorated in the reception area. The room was spacious and clean with nice tv and bathroom amenities. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

We loved our stay with H10! Everyone was so welcoming and accommodating to our family including two small children. Our room was spacious and clean. The view of the Gran Canal was breathtaking and we were close to everything we wanted to explore in Venice. Further when we had questions or needed help the staff went above and beyond to help us. Excellent hotel right in the center of Venice. We booked the suite with a pull out sofa in the living room area with a separate bedroom. Perfect for a family of 4. The room was well designed and well appointed, and the view of the Grand Canal was exceptional. We left the windows open and could hear the sounds of the water and bustling of the city from the comfort and convenience of our room. Top notch stay. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic one day stay at H10 in Venice during our 11 day journey in Italy. We have stayed at the H10 in Sevilla Spain and loved it. H10 in Venice did not disappoint. Hotel staff especially Islam and Sofia went beyond to make sure our stay was excellent. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.
