If you love a bed and breakfast this it! This place was beautiful and only 15 mins by train to Venice. The entire family runs this place are wonderful people. The airport lost our luggage and they were so accommodating in assisting us to get it back. We loved every moment and will come back again next year!!

This is an excellent well run family hotel. Impeccably clean, great hospitality and “included breakfast” is amazing. Enrica, Natascia and Rayisa at reception we’re always smiling, pleasant and helpful. Shuttle transport, at a nominal fee, to and from the train station made visiting Venice (1/2 hour) very easy. The restaurant on site serves lunch/snacks and dinner and the food was also very good. There is also a bar available in the reception area. The outdoor pool was also excellent, very clean and the temperature was perfect. The only bad thing about our stay, was having to leave 🙂

Best service received in a really long time. We had an early morning flight and the hotel had small breakfast ready for us so kids could eat, that’s very thoughtful. Highly recommended.

The location is a bit remote, but that was not unexpected as it has been stated in reviews many times, but from my first call to the hotel the day of check in, until I checked out, my stay could not have been more perfect. After 3 days in Rome, an 8-night cruise, and then disembarking in Venice after 2 days of exploring the city from the ship, the ambiance and hospitality were flawless and made my time at the hotel most relaxing and enjoyable...exactly what I was looking for. As a female in my 60's, traveling alone can be intimidating, but the gracious staff made me feel warm and very much welcomed and valued at all times. I loved that they didn't just answer questions but volunteered additional information that added to my stay in terms of convenience and comfort. I did not have a car, so traveled back and forth into Venice and to the airport by shuttle and train. When I requested a shuttle to the train station, Anna Rita, one of the family who run the hotel and is delightful, informed me that she could provide my train ticket right at the Front Desk. I always received clear instructions on how to find the shuttle when I arrived by train and never had to wait. It takes about 45 minutes to get to or from the heart of Venice by shuttle and train, and I was always exhausted by the time I reached the hotel, but I attribute that to having spent 6-8 hours walking around the city, not the commute. Very pleased and happy I chose this hotel!
