Super friendly staff picked us up at the airport at our time of arrival with the shuttle at night (even though we gave them the wrong arrival time). The also brought us back to the airport the next day at our requested time. Very responsive over email and phone. Lovely Italian breakfast with pastries, cereal, cappuccino, fresh fruit and juice. We stayed in a very clean family room with a fold out couch and a queen size bed which was good for our 2 kids and ourselves. Perfect if you need/want to stay close to the airport. Not so close to the sights in Verona unless you have a car.
