fantastic lady on reception , super friendly and positive, went out of her way to make guests feel welcome. Great pool area which we enjoyed , however people not staying at the hotel can pay to use it and it got a bit busy during our stay with a young group of about 12 taking over a large section of the pool and enjoying the last of their holiday to the full.Great family split level suite super clean, we would stay here again for its welcome and closeness to airport.

We arrived late and had this reservation to have a place to stay after our flight itinerary changed. Luckily it was just a short 15 walk from the airport so it was easy to reach even though their airport shuttle had stopped. The room was fine for our family and the breakfast was very reasonable quality wise for a moderate cost.

Our stay was horrible. The room was filthy and smelly. The bathroom looked like it never got clean before. The mattress was uncomfortable so we couldn’t sleep at all and our daughter’s bed was broken so she needed to sleep on our bed. The room located in the second floor without an elevator and without prior notice on my reservation so I needed to grab all my family bags and suitcases by myself on the stairs. I don’t know how this hotel ranked as a 4 Star hotel. It’s definitely lie and I would never comeback there.

Good location if you’re flying out of Venice but didn’t offer much else. Room for our family was cramped hot and lacked any amenities that made you feel welcomed. Staff did nothing to make you feel welcomed or comfortable.

Booked this hotel because of my early morning flight, and it went the opposite of what I expected (to sleep a bit more before leaving). Very thin walls, a family of Chinese people arrived in a room next to mine at around 1am and they sounded like they were in a party, talking, laughing and screaming to each other. Couldn't sleep at all and had to leave the hotel at 3am to catch my flight.
