We were a family of 4 (2 adults + 2 kids) , and we stayed for 2 nights in Florence. The hotel is very close to the Santa Maria Novella railway station, just across the street (10min walk). So if you don't have a large suitcase, you can reach the hotel from the airport by public transport. The hotel is very close to Mercato Centrale markets and other spots all walkable. The manager also recommended an excellent restaurant for dinner and lunch nearby. Just a word of caution the actual hotel is on the 3rd floor and the building has a small elevator(which was a little humorous). The hotel also provided a good breakfast for an extra price.

Great place for the solo backpacker or couple. Very friendly family run hotel in Florence. The owners were great in every aspect and were willing to help me in any way to enjoy my time. Clean, great A/C, Hot Water, Location, etc. I would highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel is very recommendable to the family trip. The triple room was enough for three family members. This hotel provides good breakfast. This hotel is just one block from the train station. The staff is very good at English.
