It was very easy to check in. Everyone was very helpful. They gave our kids coloring books and other books. They also packed us a breakfast bag for our very early flight the next day. The worst part was our bathroom. The toilet didn't flush at all. We had the come and fix it. Someone came pushed some buttons and never returned. The shower head kept falling down. The room was nice but the bathroom was in shambles.

Passing thru Florence on a family vacation. I thought the location of the hotel was very convenient to everything. Staff were great and very accommodating. I wasn’t excited about the room size. Thought it was small and confining. Overall, good place to stay!

Hotel is about 8-10 mins walk from the station and close to historic center as well. Just the walk from the station k the hotel looks a bit shady. The walk from the hotel to historic centers is good. The hotel itself is good and the staff is great. We had trouble with AC in our room and the temperature was not able to go down. We had a family room. Staff showed us another family room but it had the same problem. I think it was the location of these family rooms which was not getting enough air. The manager understood the problem and gave us a fan for our room and another room along with the one we had.

Our 3-couple family stay was excellent. The included breakfast was much appreciated by our early risers. Our rooms were excellent, very clean and comfortable. Surroundings appeared safe to walk to train station and we walked to all attractions.
