Elby, the hotel concierge, was so warm and gracious, along with a fun sense of humour! He had the biggest smile and was most helpful with directions and suggestions. His greetings made the hotel very welcoming. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, as well as to all the touristy sites. The room was cozy and clean. Also the breakfast was delicious! We definitely would recommend this hotel to our family and friends:)

Amazing staff at this hotel. Everyone we met, from the check in staff, the baristas in the cafe and the housekeepers, were so kind and friendly. The atmosphere was lively, I felt we were part of one big happy Italian family. Staying at this hotel was part of the wonderful experience we had in Florence. We would definitely stay here again!

Really conveniently located close to the train station and easy to walk to many of the sightseeing sites. Front desk service was amazing. The quadruple room accommodated our family very well. 24hrs service at the front desk which helps if you are checking in late. I would highly recommend this place.
