The location was excellent and the staffs at the front were all very kind. The room was always neatly made while we were out. The hotel itself was very old but it can’t be helped, so other than that, I think it was a good stay for my family.

We loved our stay at the hotel. The hotel was very walkable to all the attractions in Florence. The front desk was always very helpful and greeted us with a smile. The rooms had plenty of room for our family.

My family of four stayed here. The room was very old-fashioned, but spacious. I wasn’t a fan of the bed, and especially the pillows at all. Our streetfront room was a bit noisy with vehicles and people walking past. Staff were very helpful and very friendly and couldn’t be faulted. Very close to the train station, though the walk to the hotel with bags is difficult due to the narrow path and traffic. Markets and all attractions very close by.
