Hotel Duomo

We loved the location and old world charm. If felt as though you could touch the Duomo from our room or when on the lobby bar balcony. The surrounding area was filled with nice cafes, restaurants and shops. Centrally located, almost every walk to a famous location ( The David, The Ponte Vecchio, the central market) was about 4 to 6 minutes. The building is from the 1400’s and the lobby is on the 4th floor. Fortunately there is a small dependable elevator. We enjoyed taking the stairs when we chose to. The climb helped burn off the delicious late night dinners we had. The staff was welcoming and very accommodating. They even had a cute little dog on staff who made my entire family happy. Breakfasts were with good quality foods like eggs, prosciutto, fruit, yogurt and juices. We sincerely enjoyed this hotel and the very accommodating nice staff. They made our trip that much more memorable. Thank you hotel Duomo!
