We had booked a night of normal room n another one in a junior suite. During checked in, we were pleased to be in a junior suite. However, the second day we discover and reported the air-con in the room was not working and nothing was done to resolve it. Later that night, more guests reported their air-con were also not working . Then we were told the whole building air-con broke down and there was nothing they could do. I was really appalled by ‘NO ACTion ‘ done the management !!! . We slept that night without any air-condition in the room and it was really stuffy .
