Hotel Sirmione e Promessi Sposi

I stayed for one night. The location is perfect, on the lakefront and easy access to the tourist attractions. My booking came with a 2 hour spa benefit, the thermal spa is okay not great. The room had no blockout curtains. It was very noisy with children running around the floor at night making it hard to sleep. Then the cleaning started at 9:30am and the vacuum cleaning was so loud it woke me up. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on.

The location of hotel is excellent. The hotel interior is very tired. The rooms are clean and the stuff is very helpful. The waiters in the restaurant are hard working. Svitlana, the breakfast server is very nice and serves the guest fast. We were very disappointed with the spa. The first day we have booked the spa and it was nice and pleasant. We have booked the spa for another three days in the evenings 7-9 pm. We’re denied one day because the spa was completely booked, according to the spa front desk person. On Saturday night (7-9 pm) October 8, the spa was stuffed with the guests - 32 adults and several children. No room in the swimming pool, very noisy - overcrowded. Children were running around as if it’s a playground. Definitely not peaceful and restful. We have canceled our next evening in the spa. I assume during the weekends better not to use it. There should be some limitations on how many people can be at the same time in facilities and children shouldn’t run around. It’s actually dangerous for kids. They can fall and hurt themselves - the floors are tiled.

We had such a great time. Really nice place. Recommended to friends and family.
