Very close to metro station, bus and tram stations. There is a LIDL (supermarket) near the hotel. You need 20 euro to use the pool and gym, but free for people staying at junior sweet.

Excellent staff, super convenient location. It has parking. We have traveled as a family and the Hotel adapts both for families and business trips. The personnel is very friendly .

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Right in heart of Milan. Only 5 minutes or so from City center. The staff, from the front desk, bellhops and Concierge were amazing. They made our family's stay wonderful. Will definitely stay here again when in Milan!!!

My family and I stayed in Italy for 9 days in different cities and this hotel was my favorite. The staff were amazing. Everybody cares. The manager(I believe) at the time I wish I got his name but went out of his way to make sure we were good and he took care of us. It felt like a luxury hotel experience. We had lunch at their restaurant while waiting for our rooms to be ready and the food was amazing and the restaurant was beautiful. The rooms give vintage vibe but in a beautiful way. The property itself was beautiful and they have a beautiful garden too. I appreciated my stay at this hotel so much

They couldn't accommodate us for having a family of five. We said we could sleep in the room we had reserved because it had a sleeper couch but they refused. They didn't try to help us remedy it but told us to get another room in another hotel since they were fully booked. They didn't seem to care. Also, and not a big deal: Breakfast was an additional $15 when all over Italy the price of breakfast was included.

Bernie, the Hotel Concierge, was phenomenal and the main reason I look forward to visiting the hotel in the future. I used to work with the hotel industry a lot as a corporate event planner, and he is by far one of the best in the business. We met extended family in Milan for the weekend who we hadn't seen in 3 years (due to Covid) and he gave us great recommendations and booked our dinner reservations throughout the stay. The hotel was really close to the Lodi Tibb Metro and easily accessible to the main tourist attractions via the Metro. The only negative was the pool was closed and will be until further notice.

Excellent hotel, stayed there for 4 days, returned for another 2 days before returning to US. My check in at the first stay wasn’t that great, didn’t get the room I wanted, family room, was told no upgrade is available, then they said I have to pay additional 50.00 Uro per day. 2nd check in was great and I got the family room. This hotel is wonderful, very nice rooms, with parking, restaurant, bar, friendly staff, very good breakfast, I definitely stay there again.
