Sina De la Ville

This hotel is perfectly situated in central city close to lots. My family of 4 to include a 16 and 11 year old loved it. The staff were extremely nice and very helpful.

Pros: The hotel is in a great location. & the bar keeper was great, he was the best part of stay. Cons: The website claims that they have air conditioning…but it did not work other than the checkin area. You enter the cool lobby and think “hey it’s going to be cool in the rooms”. Rooms never got below 85 degrees Fahrenheit. If you want ice you have to beg anyone near the bar for it or the hotel breakfast host. Breakfast host was pissed that we asked her to do something for us and glared at us while giving us only two of the three ice cups we asked for. Being rude transcends language barriers. Stayed 6 days and on the last day we asked for a late check out…they said we could have extra 30 minutes at most. I thought maybe we were just needy Americans, until I heard a family of French people also chew out the front desk for having no working AC’s in their rooms either. The pool was really cold though. Maybe that’s where they’re hiding all the ice.
