Location, location! Hotel is super clean, staff was amazing and the proximity to the Duomo and shopping areas are superb. Would recommend for couples and families with kids.

Clean and good size for my family

The hotel is in a great location, and is nice in general. The customer service is terrible- we had a screaming child, & mother in a room next to us through the night and we complained 3 nights in a row- and nothing was done about it. Very disappointing!

The hotel is in a great location to visit Milan, close to the Duomo and most shopping areas. We had booked a junior suite and it is the usual small room, with another tiny little space attached to it, where the couch could become a bed. The room was certainly a disappointment. The rest of the hotel looked nice. The front desk was helpful. The restaurant, where we ate dinner a couple of times was very good, with good food and nice service.

The one fishy thing about this place was that the staff ask you to leave a rating for them while you are eating at their breakfast buffet and watch you write it so we weary about the star ratings. This is my second review but this time no one is watching me so it is more honest. ~~~ The shower door was broken and the water pressure and temperature isn’t stable so you are freezing and too hot all in the same showering session. The hotel receptionists also mentioned it was a fault for the building and every unit is like that. In fairness, many Italian hotels have this issue. The breakfast buffet was great. It is pretty worth it and they pack a breakfast bag for you if you have a tour.l which includes a water, banana, two small sandwiches and a packaged croissant. The free wifi was terrible. My kids couldn’t play their iPhone games as the lag was intense but you could always upgrade at I think 10usd a night but I could be mistaken about the exact price. I had to taxi to the laundromat to save some money as there are no coin laundries nearby so it is about 15 Euros each way. There are laundromats to the north south and west (past the duomo) and they are all similar distances. Overall I would have stayed at any hotel closer to the west part of the inner ring as all the shops, restaurants and museums are there and you can save so much on the taxis. NH is a lovely hotel but I would choose another place next time.

Family four with tow young kids stayed comfortable in the room. Break fast was great with lots of options. Location was a short walking distance to hotel. Parking was hard to find and can’t park in front of the hotel due to on going road construction. There is a car park behind the hotel and it is 40 euros per night. Bell dear can collect your luggage. Over all great experience.

The location is brilliant if you are in Milan for a short stay with the family. However, the hotel feels more like 4 stars than 5. This could be down to the current difficulties the hotel industry is facing post covid.
