Being welcomed back like family - it was my second stay. Being given a larger single room (all their single rooms actually met my needs - check with them what room types fit your needs best at booking time), great breakfast and bar. Fantastic staff thats the most important and I will definitely stay here again on next visit to Milan.

Hotel is centrally located within walking distance to main attractions (15 mns) and trams and trains within a short 2-5 minute walk. Area feels a little unsafe, specially at night with many individuals hanging outside bars, or simply observing people as they walk by. However, we did not experienced any major concerns but solo females or families with small children may feel somewhat different. Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast had a good variety of breads and fruits accompanied by coffee, juice, teas. Rooms are small and basic, but should be ok if you plan to spend majority of day sightseeing.
